She genuinely enjoys refining the detail — whether that’s improving workflows, building systems, or creating the structure that allows a practice to run more smoothly — while also helping practice owners identify opportunities and take a more strategic approach to growing and evolving their business.

Kylie focuses on creating the systems and workflows that support this patient experience, helping patients feel they are in safe and capable hands from the very beginning. 

Having played a key role in building and operating a successful dental practice, Kylie brings a deep, real-world understanding of the pressures faced by practice owners and managers. Her focus has always been on ensuring that operations run seamlessly behind the scenes, while also identifying opportunities to strengthen and grow the business over time.

Her strong business acumen has been shaped through years of hands-on experience, coupled with an instinctive understanding of business inherited from her father, a visionary and successful business owner she admired greatly.
